Terms of use
What you are buying
A licence gives you access to the ICS Calendar Linker web app for 12 months from the date of purchase, for the licence key issued to you. It is a personal or single-organisation licence: you may create and share as many calendar links as you need, but the key is not to be resold or shared publicly.
Renewal
When your term ends, the app stops letting you manage your calendars and the subscription links stop updating. Your calendars are not deleted. If you renew, they come straight back with the same links, so nobody who already subscribed has to do anything.
Who can see a calendar
Anyone you give a calendar's subscription link or share link to can view those dates. That is the point of the service, and it also means you should only publish dates you are happy to share. Treat a link as a secret if the calendar is private.
Accuracy of imported dates
Reading dates from a spreadsheet or a screenshot is best-effort. It can misread a time or a date, particularly from a low-quality image. Always check the review screen before publishing, and double-check anything you import a second time.
What you must not do
Do not upload content you do not have the right to share, do not attempt to break, overload or probe the service, and do not use it to distribute anything unlawful or harmful.
Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranty. Calendars are a convenience, not a system of record — keep your own copy of any schedule that matters. We are not liable for missed appointments or classes arising from incorrect, missing or delayed calendar data.
Refunds
If the app does not work for you, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Because a licence key is delivered immediately and cannot be revoked from your records, repeated refund requests from the same buyer may be declined.
Privacy
What is stored
Your licence key is stored only as a one-way hash, never in a readable form. Alongside it we keep your email address if you provided one at checkout, and the calendar data you upload or enter: event names, dates, times and locations. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers, and there are no third-party cookies.
Files you upload
Screenshots and spreadsheets are read to extract dates and are not kept after the import finishes. Only the resulting calendar is stored.
Where it is kept
Calendars and licence records are stored in Google Cloud (Firestore) in the United States, and served through Google Cloud infrastructure. Your licence key is kept in your own browser's local storage so you do not have to retype it.
Deleting your data
Delete any calendar from your dashboard and it is removed immediately, and its shared links stop working. To have your licence record and every remaining calendar erased, contact us and we will do it.
